Ernährungstraining (Wissensvermittlung): In unseren Online-Kursen, Workshops und Vorträgen erfährst du alles über die theoretischen Grundlagen einer pflanzenbasierten Ernährung bei Hashimoto und wie du die Darm-Schilddrüsen-Achse stärkst. Dies ist reine Erwachsenenbildung (Privatunterricht) und ersetzt keine medizinische Therapie oder reglementierte Ernährungsberatung. Ich erstelle hierbei keine individuellen Diätpläne für Einzelpersonen.

2. Individuelle Produktberatung (Direktvertrieb): Wenn du konkrete Unterstützung bei der praktischen Umsetzung und der Auswahl von passenden Mikronährstoffen suchst, helfen wir dir sehr gerne eins zu eins weiter. Als selbstständige Produktberater beraten wir dich individuell zu den Eigenschaften, der Qualität und der optimalen Verzehrempfehlung der von uns persönlich genutzten Nahrungsergänzungsmittel.
