Vitamin K2-MK7 100µg Drops –
the versatile vital nutrient for strong bones and against calcification in the arteries
Vitamin K is an essential vitamin. The body cannot produce it itself and relies on a sufficient external supply to maintain health.
Our "Vitamin K2-MK7 Drops" contain 100 µg of Vitamin K2 per drop in the high-quality MK7 "all-trans" form for daily intake. The drops are easy to dose with the integrated pipette and are thus a welcome alternative for all people who do not want to take capsules.
Vitamin K2 Quality
Vitamin K2 exists in two different compounds: MK4 and MK7. MK7 is the higher quality form of Vitamin K2 with higher biotic efficacy. It remains active in the body longer than MK4, resulting in improved effects. Additionally, with Vitamin K2, attention should be paid to the "all-trans" designation. MK7 is further divided into different forms, and only the "all-trans" form is the biologically active compound of Vitamin K2-MK7.
In EVOLUTION Vitamin K2-MK7 drops, Vitamin K2 is used in the MK7 form and in the all-trans compound.
Additionally, Vitamin K2 is embedded in high-quality MCT oil (from coconut) and olive oil, which allows the fat-soluble Vitamin K2 to be absorbed even more easily by the body.
Our Vitamin K2 drops are practical and easy to use. A few drops a day are enough to supply your body with this essential nutrient. The drops are suitable for replenishing depleted Vitamin K2 stores, as well as for daily intake and covering the daily requirement of this essential vital substance.
Vitamin K2-MK7 "all-trans" Drops
Latest studies show that natural Vitamin K2 as MK7 "all-trans" can be the protective factor against osteoporosis and arteriosclerosis.
Vitamin K2 also activates GLA proteins (gamma-carboxylglutamic acid), which are important for blood clotting. Thus, Vitamin K2 can prevent calcification in blood vessel walls and heart valves and reduce existing deposits.
Studies on Vitamin K2
With the aim of proving a clear connection between Vitamin K2 and heart disease, a large-scale, well-controlled study was conducted in the Netherlands in 2004, involving over 4000 people of both sexes over the age of 55 for a period of 10 years.
It was shown that participants who consumed food with an increased Vitamin K2 content over the study period (10 years) had significantly fewer calcifications in their arteries. This reduced their risk of dying from cardiovascular diseases by half. It is important to mention that this only applied to those who had consumed more than 32 µg of Vitamin K2, and not those who had consumed increased amounts of Vitamin K1.
Numerous studies with different starting points and objectives have shown a clear positive effect of Vitamin K2, in conjunction with calcium administration, on bone density and thus on fracture susceptibility in relation to osteoporosis. (Source: Pharmazeutische Zeitung)
Vitamin K2 from MK7 can contribute to the normal maintenance of bones.
Tip for bone metabolism
In addition to Vitamin K2, Vitamin D3 is significantly involved in calcium metabolism. Both vital nutrients support the absorption of calcium from the intestine and its incorporation into bones and teeth. The simultaneous intake of natural calcium from the Lithothamnium Calcareum algae with other minerals and trace elements, as contained in Natur Mineral Complete, has also proven effective.
