Contributes to the maintenance of normal vision
The eye is a sensitive organ and the process of sight is a highly complex one that can be disturbed in many ways. Oxidative processes, e.g. due to the influence of light, UV rays and other stresses, play an important role in the prevention and weakening of vision.
Tired, dry eyes, blurred vision or headaches – anyone who works a lot in front of a screen knows these symptoms. Dry eyes are often related to blinking less when staring at a screen for a long time. Our eyes therefore dry out more quickly. What we can do is blink more often during the day. We can either consciously remember to do so, or tie a knot in a handkerchief, or place a small mark on the screen. In any case, it is important to remind ourselves regularly and to take regular breaks to relieve the strain on our eyes. Office work, and especially screen work, causes a great deal of stress for the eyes.
The complex is rich in antioxidants, which make an important contribution to maintaining vision. It provides various antioxidants and special beta carotenoids, which occur naturally in vegetables and fruits, namely lutein and zeaxanthin.
The complex is additionally supplemented with vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin A, zinc and selenium.
