The fields are supplied with nutrients through the use of farm-produced fertilizers and green manure. Diverse crop rotation promotes soil health.
The herbs are grown as young plants directly on the farm, then planted out in the fields to mature there.
We care for our herbs mechanically and by hand during this growth phase.
After harvesting, the herbs are gently dried using a modern process and hand-filled.
This preserves the intense natural aroma.
