Recommended internal use:

Add 1 to 3 times daily 1 measuring spoon (5 g) of Terra Gold to a glass of water, stir and drink in small sips. Terra Gold works best when taken 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast, possibly additionally in the evening before bedtime. During the day, Terra Gold should be taken 1 hour before or after a meal. This ensures the best possible selective adsorption capacity. Terra Gold should be stirred with a ceramic or wooden spoon. Children up to 12 years of age should be given half the recommended amount for adults. Those prone to constipation should take only ½ teaspoon of Terra Gold per portion. This small amount has a laxative effect, while a dose of 5 teaspoons or more has a constipating effect.

Recommended external use:

Face mask: Mix 1 tbsp of powder with a little water, apply, wash off with water after 15 minutes.
Pack and wrap: Mix into a paste with a little water, apply to the affected skin area, cover with compresses and leave to act overnight, for example.
Bath additive: 1 to 3 tablespoons makes the water softer.
